Thank you for choosing TROPITOUR TRAVEL . To ensure that you understand the conditions, please read the following terms and conditions.
• Prices shown are in U.S. dollars based on rates in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
• Peak travel period surcharge, minimum night stays and holiday blackouts may apply depending on your travel dates.
• All hotel prices are per person unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.
• It is recommended that you arrive at the airport two hours prior to the scheduled flight departure. Failure to check in at least one hour prior to the scheduled flight departure time may result in the loss of your seat .
• Airport/hotel transfers require the timely receipt of the complete passenger flight itinerary. If TROPITOUR TRAVEL does not have the complete flight itinerary prior to the issuance of travel documents, those transfers, ordinarily included in the price of the vacation, will not be provided and there will be no refund for this unused service.
• If this vacation is used for any reason other than leisure travel, some hotels may directly assess an additional surcharge during holiday, convention or special event time periods.
• International travel requires Proof of Citizenship. A valid passport is required for U.S. citizens traveling internationally. Please check with your consulate for visa travel requirements.
VACATION INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
Terms and conditions, vacation prices, dates and features are subject to change at any time without notice in TROPITOUR TRAVEL sole discretion. Prices may not include airfare, gratuities, meals, handling fees, taxes or other government imposed fees and items of a personal nature unless otherwise noted. Special offers and value added inclusions may be restricted, modified or withdrawn at any time. These promotional features have no cash value and are non-refundable if not provided or used. Prices may vary according to specific travel dates. All amenities shown for a particular property may not be available in every room category. TROPITOUR TRAVEL reserves the right, at any time, to substitute comparable alternate hotel accommodations, to alter or substitute tour itineraries or to do both. Special room requests will be communicated to the applicable party but cannot be guaranteed.
AIR TRANSPORTATION
Airfares are based on the lowest applicable airfare available under the TROPITOUR TRAVEL program at the time of booking and are subject to change. TROPITOUR TRAVEL can guarantee your airfare only after receipt of full payment. Changes in flight itineraries after the issuance of tickets may result in increased airfare. A $75 per person fee will apply for lost air tickets that require reissuance by TROPITOUR TRAVEL .
Airline Baggage Allowance International: For U.S. departures two checked pieces are allowed. The combined linear dimensions of pieces may not exceed a total of 117 inches. Maximum linear dimensions of either piece may not exceed 62 inches. Maximum weight of 70 lbs. per checked bag. One carry-on is allowed, maximum linear dimensions of 45 inches (9H x 14W x 22L) and maximum weight is 40 lbs.
PAYMENT
Payment with a credit card is required to make a reservation. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. The credit card selected for payment will be charged for the total price for the reservation. Any changes to reservations will be subject to the applicable package price at the time of change.
CAR RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Driver must be at least 25 years of age and in possession of a valid driver's license and major credit card. Car cost may not include drop charges, tolls, taxes, upgrades, optional insurance or CDW/LDW which are payable directly to the car rental company. Each day's car rental is based on a 24-hour period, with any additional hours subject to extra charge payable to the car rental company. (Drivers 21-24 years of age may be able to rent a car but may be assessed a surcharge directly from the car rental company). A major credit card or a cash refundable deposit is required to protect against incidental charges and damages. Car rental companies will not refund any unused portion of voucher.
EXPRESS SERVICE FEES
Reservations made within 14 days of departure will automatically include an express delivery fee of $15.
TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS AND REVISIONS
Cancellation is defined as a change to the departure date, a change in name, a reduction to the number in the party, and/or the termination of the entire trip. All other changes to a reservation constitute a revision. All revisions are subject to availability. No revisions or cancellations are allowed within three business days prior to departure. The following fees will apply in addition to any supplier fees or penalties. Cancellation fees are per person. Revision fees are per reservation.

Note: Separate cancellation policies apply to holiday and special event departures.
REVISION FEES
REFUNDS
The right to a refund must be confirmed by sending a written request to TROPITOUR TRAVEL within 30 days of scheduled return and are subject to a minimum $50.00 administration fee. If documents have been issued, these must accompany any request for refund. No refunds will be made on unused or partially used features including such items as Resort Passes, sightseeing tours and transfers.
RESPONSIBILITY
These vacations are planned and operated by TROPITOUR TRAVEL . TROPITOUR TRAVEL is acting as a tour operator and is responsible for arranging the services provided in the travel packages outlined . All other suppliers providing transportation, escorted motorcoach tours, sightseeing arrangements and lodging accommodations for TROPITOUR TRAVEL , including TAM Airlines, are independent contractors and are not employees of TROPITOUR TRAVEL . All travel documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. Neither TROPITOUR TRAVEL nor its agent(s) shall be held liable for, and customer waives any claim against TROPITOUR TRAVEL and its agent(s) for any loss of or damage to property or injury to person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act or omission, of any other transportation company, lodging property, agency or any persons, including TAM Airlines, rendering any of the services included in the vacation package. In no event shall any party be liable for consequential damages. In the event the services or accommodations described in the corresponding TROPITOUR TRAVEL brochure cannot be provided due to delays or any other reason beyond the control of TROPITOUR TRAVEL , TROPITOUR TRAVEL will exercise all reasonable efforts to arrange alternative comparable services or accommodations. However, TROPITOUR TRAVEL will not be liable for, and customer hereby waives any claim against TROPITOUR TRAVEL , for any failure of performance by any other transportation company, lodging property, agency or any other third party providing services hereunder.
The liability of the airline for loss or damage to checked baggage shall be limited, Varsovia Convention, unless a higher value has been declared by the customer and additional payment has been made.
TROPITOUR TRAVEL reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any customer as a member of these packages at any time. If a package is canceled by TROPITOUR TRAVEL , we shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid by the customer to TROPITOUR TRAVEL . Tariffs and conditions herein are based on the lowest fare applicable at time of reservation and are subject to change. Customer will be responsible for all airport facility charges. Regular scheduled flights will be used; however, TAM Airlines does not guarantee any specific flight schedule and will not be responsible for lack of adequate connections, delays or changes of schedules. Flight patterns may not be altered to suit individual preferences. Any additional expenses incurred due to air scheduling will be the responsibility of the customer.
It is agreed by and between the passenger and the operator that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under or in connection with or incident to the responsibility of TROPITOUR TRAVEL shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the state of Florida, U.S.A., to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country
